Rather than '/share/doc', I think the doc variable should use
'/share/doc/sslh'. Otherwise, when installed into a profile, the
examples will be in '~/.guix-profile/share/doc'. It would be better if
they were in '~/.guix-profile/share/doc/sslh'.
