No idea. The only difference I saw with my setup is that you have the
#:mapped-devices clause in the initrd; I am just using this:

  ;; Add a kernel module for RAID-10.
  (initrd (lambda (file-systems . rest)
            (apply base-initrd file-systems
                   #:extra-modules '("raid10")
                                   rest)))
