* emacs/guix-base.el (guix-directory, guix-read-directory)
(guix-set-directory, guix-find-location, guix-package-location)
(guix-edit): Move to...
* emacs/guix-location.el: ... here.  New file.
* emacs/guix-ui-package.el: Use it.
* emacs.am (ELFILES): Add it.
