That's perhaps the same problem I had, before setting
GUIX_LD_WRAPPER_ALLOW_IMPURITIES.

I have been mixing the debian gcc with the guix glibc and further guix
libraries, so my problems should not be taken too seriously. Having two
glibc in one system must lead to trouble...
The problems should disappear once guix is bootable and we do not need a
host system any more.

Well, the only problem is linking against more than one libc, or against
libraries that depend on different libcs.
I experienced this before, but nowadays I can do all my hacking with
libraries available in Guix, so that’s no longer an issue.
