Unfortunately I don´t understand your answer.

     "I tried your file, but I don't have the same issue. For me it 
fails with *cups-filters: unbound variable* (instead of 
cups-service-type). I only had to add this line near the top of the file 
(line 3):

         (use-package-modules cups)"


Would you be so kind to explain it again?
