This v1 patch-series is *not* complete.

It has following issues:

[1] Last patch has to be finished.
[2] Failing tests has to be re-visited.
[3] Trailing `#t` in phases has to be removed.
[4] Synopsis and Description requires revision.
[5] Some lines are too long.
