Subject: cache for guix build
Date: Sun, 5 Dec 2021 01:53:33 -0800	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <CAJsg1E9VKY7U3F-HShfvcnqyizRvzocorwqahhUvoGmpO_ev9g@mail.gmail.com> (raw)

I wonder if there is a way to cache the build artifacts in guix build?
by that I mean for example if I am building for a package with local
definition in .scm, and if I modify the .scm package definition when
I rerun guix build it basically downloads and rebuilds everything from
scratch. for quick iteration if the build artifacts can be cached,
like ccache. and reused that would be greet,

for now there seems no way to achieve this.
