About RStudio, Ricardo and other did some work in this channel:
https://github.com/BIMSBbioinfo/guix-bimsb

I did used long time ago (I mean months ago ;-)
So I am not sure about the current status.

Well, this channel is the entry point, IMHO, about RStudio and other
"bioinfo" packages not yet in (master) Guix.
