Yes.
However, there is a bug somehow.

The file <https://pypi.org/pypi/jupyterlab@2.2.8/json/> does exist but
the file <https://pypi.org/pypi/jupyterlab/json/> does and it contains
the relevant information.  The PyPI importer should be improved... or
they changed their API.
