I think this may be due to the ABI change in commit
154f1f0937754fafac0c6288dd458b66b332e6bb and the one before.

Commit 6624df5bb91bdd5c2e2c27834576d1e521369631 updates =E2=80=98guix=E2=80=
=99, against
which =E2=80=98emacs-guix=E2=80=99 is built, so perhaps if you install =E2=
=80=98emacs-guix=E2=80=99 now
that issue is gone.  Could you give it a try?
