First, add the bluetooth service to your Guix .config:

Test if bluetooth is started.

If not, reboot.

If you run a desktop environment (e.g. Gnome), there should be a graphical
configuration tool for bluetooth already.  Otherwise, you can install "bluez"
and follow the instructions here:
