As far as i know, unfortunately no.
I would love to have a tool like this, (still don't know where to find
hcitool for example) Sometimes grepping the guix source for the file
works, but it's not very reliable.
This would be a great thing to somehow build into substitute
repositories, since they are probably the only places that know about
what files are actually produced by all package definitions.
