Udisks mounts external NTFS partitions using the NTFS kernel module (read-only) instead of ntfs-3g (read-write). I would assume that if the users have ntfs-3g installed, they probably want to use it by default I haven't tested it, but I think symlinking mount.ntfs to ntfs-3g is enough to get Udisks to use ntfs-3g by default. (It's what https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NTFS-3G seems to suggest at least.) What do you think? -- Pierre Neidhardt
