I don=E2=80=99t use Java so can=E2=80=99t really help, but in commit f21403e2b6f5a9491937a0cc9f31fc113998ce5e, Ricardo modified icedtea-6 so that it generates its =E2=80=9Ckeystore=E2=80=9D from the certificates in = =E2=80=98nss-certs=E2=80=99.
