Your =E2=80=98BIOS=E2=80=99 (hardware) clock should always be set to UTC, n= ot your=20 local time. Imagine your computer moving its CMOS clock forward &=20 back twice a year. Or every time you travel to a different=20 timezone. It would look as silly and confused as the rest of us. Put differently: the time displayed in your computer firmware's=20 setup utility *should* be 2 hours behind your watch. This is what=20 all modern operating systems (even Windows, I've been told, if you=20 ask it nicely) and other software expect. It's not specific to=20 Guix System=C2=B9. Judging by the fact that your e-mail arrived tomorrow, I'm=20 guessing that's not currently the case.
