'sudo -i guix pull' errors

I was running:
$ sudo guix system reconfigure config.scm --fallback
but it has taken 12 hours on a Core2Duo with 2GB in RAM. So I tryed:
$ sudo -i guix pull
but it reports errors:
$ sudo -i guix pull
