It=E2=80=99s important to upgrade your Python packages together to av= oid weirdness. Inside a manifest you can use the Guix package transformation API to replace all instances of one Python variant with another =E2=80=94 recursiv= ely throughout the whole package graph. You=E2=80=99ll have to compile all tho= se packages locally, though, because these package variants haven=E2=80=99t be= en built by the build farm. Luckily Guix does this for you.
