Trivially!  Guix does good the unix and composes:

  $ guix size `guix build /etc/guix/system.scm`

allowing funtrospection like

  $ guix size `readlink /run/current-system`
  total: 3372.1 MiB

  $ guix size `readlink /run/current-system/profile`
  total: 2207.7 MiB

This Guix thing is pretty neat,
