Hi 白い熊!
The handling of background images for GRUB got improved. Now PNG files are supported, too.
Change your code to something like this:
(theme (grub-theme (resolution '(1920 . 1080))
(image (local-file "/home/shiroikuma/0/pictures/grub/gnu-grub.png")))
