Stuck with corrupt store

Hi,

I'm stuck with a corrupt store and can't repair it.

I deleted /gnu/store/*-nose-* (can't remember why). Then I ran guix gc
--verify=repair which reports

  path `/gnu/store/…-python-nose-1.3.7' disappeared, but it still has
valid referrers!

Okay, so let's remove the referrers, too:

   guix gc --referrers /gnu/store/*-nose-* | xargs guix gc -d

Now the  referrers for the next packages appear:

  cannot delete path `/gnu/store/…-python-pytest-2.6.1' since it is
still alive

Okay, to let's "reinstall" the package:

  # guix build python-nose
  /gnu/store/…-python-nose-1.3.7

Hmm, the store seams to mean the package is still there, but it is not :-(

Further when I run guix gc, I get an "FOREIGN KEY constraint failed"
error, which `--verify=repair` is not able to repair.

Is there a way to get out of this mess?

You deleted with “rm -rf”?

In that case, even though ‘guix gc --verify=repair’ should be able to
help, remember that this voids your warranty.  :-)

Someone already reported it, so there may be a bug here.  I’ll see if we
can reproduce it.

Well, then I lost warranty quite some weeks ago ;-)

Anyway, since I did not manage to solve this and wanted to continue
working, I reinstalled guix from scratch. Since I'm using guix on top of
another distribution, this is not much of a problem.
