See https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/689826/input-methods-for-anceint-greek-and-other-diacritic-heavy-languages Also, I don't know Greek, but using ibus you can also insert any UNICODE characters with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+U. For example, to insert ᾇ (Greek small letter alpha with dasia and perispomeni and ipogegrammeni, whose UNICODE is 1F87): 1. Ctrl+Shift+U 2. 1F87 3. Enter Finally, even though you're not using GNOME, you could install the GNOME Characters app (https://packages.guix.gnu.org/packages/gnome-characters/), which I allows you to search and copy any UNICODE character. Hope that helps.
