I try to install libnode through guix and I have this error :

When I look the guix expression, it seems to me there is a problem with the line 179 of gnu/packages/node.scm : 
(npx    (readlink (string-append bindir "/npx"))))

Do you have an idea on how can I fix this issue?

Hi,

Is your guix up-to-date? I encountered the same issue, but from what I
remember it disappeared after upgrading guix.

I had this error just after running guix pull. So I think my guix is up-to-date.

Thanks for the report.  The regression is introduced by 1d77141f6d.
The patch #45862 fixes it, I hope.

The merge of the patch. ;-)
Waiting for reviews...  Couple of days I guess.

Otherwise, you can test the patch on your own local checkout: apply
the patch, compile Guix from source and use ./pre-inst-env guix
install libnode.  And then report if something does not work as
expected.
