So you have to get rid of
/gnu/store/zxqr8afp3rpd2r3g9x41sqg5mx525355-profile.  This was not one
of the listed generations of your user.

Look at the output of

for r in $(guix gc --list-roots); do ls -l $r; done

to find out where it comes from.
