[bug#71118] [PATCH 2/5] services: tor: Log to stderr rather than syslog.

* gnu/services/networking.scm (tor-configuration->torrc): Change ‘Log’
directive to ‘stderr’.
(tor-shepherd-service): Remove /dev/log file system mapping.
