Julia-documenter is a bit hard because there's a lot of javascript packages which it expects to download at runtime. The julia-documenter patch adds 4 packages in one go, julia-documenter depends on two of them, and those two depend on julia-documenter. I was able to use an older version of julia-documenter to bootstrap the process, but it doesn't make a nice chain to apply that one separately.
