Subject: Rust CVE

Hi,

Rust has a new cve that is only mitigated by upgrading to Rust 1.58+.

https://blog.rust-lang.org/2022/01/20/cve-2022-21658.html

Attached is a patch that adds rust-1.58.1. It doesn't replace the default as I'm not sure whether this should be grafted or not.

Thanks
kiasoc5
