Patch attached.


   - Recent Boost 1.75 breaks API for the Boost.DLL sublibray and some
   dependant packages had to be updated (emilua included).
   - Also emilua no longer requires bundled CLI11 as of the new version
   which was one of the complaints when the package was first submitted to
   guix.
