This package version is needed to bootstrap the current maven2 (version 2.2.1).

I don't know what the current policy rearding different versions is, but I hope I've done my best to add this.

I will wait for a reply regarding this before I start to package the rest of the dependecies.

Most of the needed software is packaged, but the current packages are of different versions from what the maven build needs.
