Thank you for the patch.

I've simplified it a little:
- use PyPI archive, it contains tests
- use pyproject-build-system as produced by

    guix import -i gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm pypi jsonpath-ng

- remove all extra dependencies leaving requiring for tests and install
- reword synopsis and description

Pushed as 3b002a28690519590a06c5ca4ac39e99be1193cd to master.
