Subject: [PATCH 1/2] gnu: Add librecast.

FIXME tests fail to even execute with:

  ld: cannot find crt1.o: No such file or directory
  ld: cannot find crti.o: No such file or directory

* gnu/packages/networking.scm (librecast): New variable.
