No Guix team involved. If it=E2=80=99s the 'guix channel, then the Guix team is definitely involve= d, and typically there=E2=80=99s only a couple of people in the group =E2=80= =9Centitled=E2=80=9D to do that (so far it=E2=80=99s been Julien or myself.) Sending a whole tarball seems overkill to me; currently we don=E2=80=99t ev= en send them tarballs in between releases, even though that=E2=80=99d be usefu= l.
