* gnu/services.scm (activation-script): Return a <program-file> rather
than a <scheme-file>.
* gnu/deploy.scm (guix-deploy): Remove handling for '--system'.
(show-help): Remove documentation for '--system'.
(%default-options): Remove default setting for 'system'.
