Note that the GNU FSDG are more liberal than Debian=E2=80=99s guidelines wh=
en it
comes to =E2=80=9Cnon-functional data=E2=80=9D such as game artwork:

That said, the =E2=80=9CNC=E2=80=9D bit can probably cause practical proble=
ms, such as
if someone sells a GuixSD DVD, or if a company runs =E2=80=98guix publish=
=E2=80=99 and
happens to redistribute the thing.
