OK, I see.  However, =E2=80=98locale=E2=80=99 is already present in the bui=
ld
environment even without adding glibc explicitly.  Thus I wonder what=E2=80=
=99s
happening.

Do you happen to know what part of the Enlightenment code refers to the
=E2=80=98locale=E2=80=99 command?
