Patches applied as 7a961ba75839c837558364b0a87bc5faf97d6ad5 and
following with a few modifications:
 - packages moved in the right place in the file (sbcl-* packages sorted
   alphabetically).
 - ecl-* packages that don't build commented out
 - some simplifications in some package definitions, some improved
   descriptions, etc...
