'patch-source' phase will replace binary name with wrong full path name
(e.g. ffmpeg => /gnu/store/<hash>-ffmpeg-X.Ybin/ffmpeg)

This patch attempts to fix this issue, and also add missing
'telega-vvnote.el' to patch targets.
