This paragraph is present in the ‘guix environment’ docs.  I presume
it clarifies ‘guix shell’ for newcomers as well.

* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix shell): Take over an introductory
paragraph from ‘guix environment’ and use it for ‘guix shell’.
