Thanks Hartmut! This makes sense. The only problem is that it adds to the noise. :-( Wouldn't it be possible to mark such exception in the package definition? With flake8, I often find myself adding a `noqa` comment, for instance. I do the same with mypy with `type: ignore`. -- Tanguy
