Hi!  The attached patch enables Mutt 1.13's new support for Autocrypt:

* gnu/packages/mail.scm (mutt)[inputs]: Add libidn2 and sqlite.
[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Add "--enable-autocrypt", "--with-sqlite3" and
"--with-idn2".
