* gnu/packages/chemistry.scm (avogadro): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/avogadro-boost148.patch,
gnu/packages/patches/avogadro-eigen3-update.patch,
gnu/packages/patches/avogadro-python-eigen-lib.patch: New files.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add them.
