Sorry, there are default locations: By default, the following locations are searched: /etc/letsencrypt/cli.ini $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/letsencrypt/cli.ini (or ~/.config/letsencrypt/cli.ini if $XDG_CONFIG_HOME is not set).
