* gnu/packages/patches/pcre-CVE-2017-7186.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/pcre.scm (pcre)[replacement]: New field.
(pcre/fixed): New variable.
