They are fine AFAICT (*), just 'queueing' if I'm interpreting that term in the same way. Even then, it has only been a few days, there are other 'ready' patches that have been waiting for much longer (^). (*) for complete, ideally someone should check the source diff between the old and new version for 'suspiciousness', but that's not actually a requirement.
