Hi all,

I'm starting out with Guix but for some reason I can't download the 
public key to verify the Guix 0.13.0 download.

The following command (from 
https://www.gnu.org/software/guix/manual/html_node/Binary-Installation.html) 
failed:

$ gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-keys 
3CE464558A84FDC69DB40CFB090B11993D9AEBB5

I even tried searching for the key using the pgp.mit.edu Web interface 
but had no luck.

How can I verify that my Guix binary is trustworthy?
