[PATCH WIP] gnu: audio: Add mympd-service-type.

Hi, I've been working on this service definition for some time, while it works and passes
a rudimentary test suite, some polish is required before it is ready for merging
with guix. I'd like to request some comments on the current state of it and suggestions
on how to address the remaining issues.

Depends on 'mympd' package which at the time of writing is not in guix upstream
but has been submitted at 'https://issues.guix.gnu.org/59437'.
