Of the little bit I've seen of debbugs I think I really want is to have a mailbox folder with just the patches and bugs in it (finally set this up yesterday) and to have the threads automatically marked as read after the bug has been closed. I don't know anything about usertags to make use of them, so it's not something I've ever missed. Since I've now split the mailboxes I have less than 300 unread messages =66rom guix-devel and almost 7000 unread in my shared guix-patches/bugs-guix mailbox. I would gladly trade that mailbox for something in the terminal that connected to debbugs directly for the autoupdating of closed bugs and would still allow me to pipe the patches themselves to apply them to the git repo. It might be what I'm looking for is a minimal emacs config that is just a frontend to debbugs and lets me use all my normal tools (vim, msmtp, etc.) for everything else. --=20 Efraim Flashner =D7=90=D7=A4=D7=A8=D7=99=D7=9D = =D7=A4=D7=9C=D7=A9=D7=A0=D7=A8 GPG key =3D A28B F40C 3E55 1372 662D 14F7 41AA E7DC CA3D 8351 Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed on emails sent or received unencrypted --tS9nKRQsXpdrSwdM Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQIzBAABCgAdFiEEoov0DD5VE3JmLRT3Qarn3Mo9g1EFAmKgioIACgkQQarn3Mo9 g1HXPg/8D2hrjHWjwDj5ZdoBtXMYml+n1ZTr7PT24XRZl10jQt9IMGSUBU/09HyA OkL0vubVl1Par0o+DaZMYJqerTdm86eEVW/tTFlL4Q3t6pr9Mpf2avY+67Y2fqHk fZsAELdmvHn+PXEYEg4GAmlkc73tEv5NZqa7ajk5RGAiAwAygMd0XcsxPji9Ufit 28fn1BtrXmrJGc5vQwbYEYCiT2QSoTZ4Pc/r6Ovnibvyquumi2otcyZv2fZkm4gG zZRqF3P4st7rGsQw+JCpqnkMZ/E8cqTnYoQSB5Gjt+YdRrqgZWUFQe2ahovGprdF cnxoxd5zhnDki9NoDtD70B/Zv70NNRGzqqhapvxsxIBB+jRxngFiHyegQyU5Bh0l UA5A8FhhswXfpd/Mbnl7KNK6TKeBmCwHvYsFk7MqvlvUjmYjaxFxdvvCbQ6axXFq Tqa71LFg+KXEnEgOoi0TqS32BsfE1gcUh7kLit4OpIEVwIdBTESveTvl96x9CeLi yz+HiGDroWHjKTYBsTIxHTVDWajROceH8WQSlX6PftQif7L8mHwhQ0kvazkHc/vK 998nFRkGLMaXtnxRifuiC06CRTTBXZeR87JuSzEH6KRHThxuqF/2vSsgDJnJzlG6 JZrie3zLVMfNfYz3y0CRY+FBBqDj/GADyadssfEX7MRbiryw18A= =+dKn -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --tS9nKRQsXpdrSwdM--
