My reason is still hesitating. :-) Well, that said :-) I am asking if it should be affordable to organize all the available workflows. For example, two are there https://github.com/UMCUGenetics/guix-workflows/tree/master/umcu/workflows Another here https://github.com/UMCUGenetics/gwl-atacseq etc. etc. (quick search does not find more but I am sure there are) This means a way to structure with a central repo: category (or not), etc. And the second step should be a Web search as https://view.commonwl.org/workflows Is it affordable ?
