I had the same issue '@ substituter-started' when `guix pull
--branch=core-updates -p /tmp/core-updates`.
And today too, when simply `guix pull` from 619f918 to f03e5ca; on Debian.
I have noted that it happens time to time when pulling; so it does not
seems related to 'core-updates'.
