scheduled jobs, all aarch64-linux.
Per https://ci.guix.gnu.org/workers, all workers report being idle.
Thus, it looks like the aarch64 builders have stalled.

It looks like ‘cuirass-remote-worker’ needed a kick on these boxes,
which Mathieu and I did earlier today (‘herd restart …’). Most of them
are busy right now.

I only count 7 successful builds for aarch64, and several more under
spec:guix. Every other build looks to have failed with a timeout.
