You need to make sure CROSS_C_INCLUDE_PATH points to the target libc.

That happens automatically when doing a =E2=80=9Cregular=E2=80=9D cross bui=
ld, like
=E2=80=98guix build --target=3Darm-linux-gnueabihf=E2=80=99, but here you m=
ay need to set
CROSS_C_INCLUDE_PATH by hand.
